Brynqel Automata / Legal

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These terms provide the general framework for website use and AI automation engagements while preserving the role of project-specific scopes, proposals and invoices.

1. Agreement and project documents

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Brynqel Automata website and provide general terms for AI automation services. A proposal, scope of work, invoice, order, service schedule or other written project document may contain additional or more specific terms for a particular engagement. Project-specific written terms control where they directly address a matter differently from these general website terms.

2. Services

Brynqel Automata provides Workflow Automation Planning, AI Task Coordination, Process Efficiency Reviews, Automated Information Handling, implementation of approved automation workflows, testing and ongoing support. The exact systems, deliverables, integrations, testing procedures, support level and price are determined by the agreed scope.

3. Pricing ranges

Prices shown on the website are ranges for the current service packages and are not a fixed quote for every project. Final pricing can depend on the number of workflows, systems involved, API or integration requirements, data complexity, AI-provider requirements, testing, exception handling, documentation and support needs.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate workflow information, identifying authorized systems and users, supplying required access and approvals, reviewing automation behavior, providing timely feedback and ensuring that they have the right to use the data, software, accounts, credentials and content provided for the project.

5. Scope and change requests

The agreed scope defines the work included in a project. New systems, additional workflows, new data sources, changes in business logic, extra AI providers, significant rework after approval or new reporting requirements may require a revised estimate, additional fee or updated schedule.

6. AI-assisted functions

AI systems can produce variable, incomplete or incorrect results. Clients are responsible for determining where human review is required and for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before they are used for important business, customer, financial, legal, employment, safety or other high-impact decisions.

7. Third-party platforms

Projects may depend on workflow platforms, AI services, APIs, cloud providers, email systems, help-desk platforms, databases, file services, customer-management systems or other third-party tools. Their availability, pricing, terms, data handling, rate limits, security and future changes are controlled by the relevant providers and can affect an automation after delivery.

8. Testing and acceptance

Testing is intended to confirm the behavior of the agreed workflow against defined expected cases and reasonable exception cases. Testing cannot guarantee that every future input, third-party outage, provider update or unusual condition will be anticipated. Clients should review and approve workflows before relying on them in normal operations.

9. Access credentials and permissions

Clients should use the minimum permissions reasonably required for integrations and should remove or rotate project access when it is no longer needed. Client credentials remain the client's responsibility. Brynqel Automata may require the client to create dedicated accounts, tokens or API keys where that provides better operational control.

10. Client materials and intellectual property

Clients remain responsible for materials, data, documents, content and systems they provide. Ownership or licensing of custom project deliverables should be determined by the applicable project agreement. Third-party software, models, APIs, libraries, applications and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

11. Confidential information

Project work may involve non-public business information. Any formal confidentiality obligations, security requirements or data-processing commitments that go beyond these website terms should be documented in an applicable written agreement before sensitive information is connected to the project.

12. No guaranteed business outcome

Automation may reduce repetitive work and improve consistency, but Brynqel Automata does not guarantee a specific percentage of time savings, staffing reduction, revenue increase, cost reduction, response-time improvement or other business outcome unless a specific written guarantee is separately agreed.

13. Maintenance and changes

Third-party systems and business processes change over time. An automation that works at delivery may require future adjustment because of API changes, provider changes, authentication changes, new business rules or changes in client systems. Ongoing Support is available as a separate service package.

14. Suspension or termination

Work may be paused for overdue payments, missing access, prolonged inactivity, security concerns, prohibited requests or material changes outside the agreed scope. Cancellation and refund treatment are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific terms.

15. Governing law

Unless an applicable project agreement states otherwise, these website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law in the State of Colorado. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Website content

Information on this website is general and may be updated as services or pricing change. An inquiry, a displayed price range or an informal conversation does not by itself establish a project schedule or a binding implementation scope. A project becomes defined by the written proposal, statement of work or other agreement accepted by the parties.

17. Project communications

Clients should provide timely decisions, access approvals and a point of contact who can clarify how the process works. Delays or changes in source systems can affect testing and delivery. Material instructions should be documented so that the workflow can be evaluated against the agreed business rules.

18. Questions and conflicts

If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with general website language, the specific agreement governs the engagement to the extent of that conflict. Concerns about scope, output, billing or support should be raised promptly with the relevant project details so the parties can review the issue and agree on a practical next step.
