Accessibility Statement
We want visitors to be able to read our information, use our navigation and complete forms. This statement explains our approach and how to report a barrier.
1. Accessibility approach
Brynqel Automata aims to provide a website that is usable by a broad range of visitors. Accessibility considerations can include readable contrast, meaningful headings, keyboard access, visible focus states, clear form labels, text resizing and content that remains understandable at different screen sizes.
2. ADA guidance
The U.S. Department of Justice has stated that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to the goods, services and activities that businesses open to the public offer online. The Department also identifies technical standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as useful guidance for accessible web content.
3. No unverified certification claim
This statement does not claim that the website has passed an independent accessibility audit or achieved a particular WCAG conformance level unless such an audit and result have actually occurred. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing maintenance concern rather than a one-time certification.
4. Keyboard access
Core navigation and interactive controls should be designed so that users who do not use a mouse can operate them using a keyboard where practical. Focus indicators and logical control order help visitors understand where they are on the page.
5. Text and visual presentation
Readable typography, adequate contrast, flexible text sizing and avoidance of unnecessary visual clutter can improve usability for visitors with low vision, color-vision differences and other disabilities.
6. Forms and status messages
Forms should identify required fields and provide understandable feedback. Success and error states should communicate the result of an action without relying only on color.
7. Images and non-text content
Meaningful images should use appropriate alternative text or an equivalent text description where needed. Decorative images should not add unnecessary noise for assistive technology.
8. Third-party content
Some website features may depend on third-party services that Brynqel Automata does not fully control. Accessibility behavior of third-party tools can vary and may change after provider updates.
9. Reporting a problem
If a visitor experiences difficulty using the website, the contact information below may be used to identify the page, feature and nature of the problem. Browser, device and assistive-technology information can be helpful when available but is not required to submit a report.
10. Alternative assistance
When practical, information may be provided in another reasonable format if a visitor cannot access a particular part of the website. Availability depends on the requested information and the nature of the issue.
11. Document structure and orientation
Headings and labels help visitors understand how information is arranged. A page should make it possible to identify its purpose, move through the content in a sensible order and distinguish controls from descriptive text. If a visitor finds a heading, control or instruction confusing, a report identifying that page and the expected action helps us investigate.
12. Motion and display settings
People may use browser zoom, larger text, high-contrast settings or reduced-motion preferences. Visual effects should not be necessary to understand a service, use a form or read a policy. If an interface update interferes with these settings, the issue should be reviewed as part of routine site maintenance.
13. Response to accessibility reports
A useful report can include the page address, the feature that caused difficulty, the device or assistive technology used if the visitor wishes to share it, and the result they expected. We can review the specific barrier and provide the information in another practical format when possible. No fixed remediation timeline is promised because the work depends on the issue and any third-party component involved.
14. Continuous improvement
Content and platform components can change after a page is published. Accessibility review therefore includes new pages, updated forms and major changes to navigation or media, rather than only the initial release. Feedback from people using the site is part of that process. This statement describes an approach and does not represent a formal independent audit.
