Payment Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This policy explains the published package ranges, project-specific quotes, milestone billing, Ongoing Support and third-party usage charges.

1. General payment terms

Payment requirements are communicated through the applicable proposal, invoice, project scope or other written project document. Depending on the engagement, payment may be required before work begins, by milestone, by package or on a monthly basis for Ongoing Support.

2. Published package ranges

The website currently lists Starter at $750–$1,200, Workflow Setup at $2,000–$4,000, Business Automation Package at $4,500–$8,000 and Ongoing Support at $750–$2,000 per month. These are ranges, not guaranteed fixed prices for every project.

3. Quotes and scope

A final quote may consider workflow complexity, systems and accounts involved, third-party APIs, AI-provider configuration, data-processing requirements, exception handling, testing, documentation and support. Work outside the approved scope may require a supplemental quote or change approval.

4. Initial payments and scheduling

A project-specific proposal may require an initial payment before production time is reserved or work begins. If an initial payment is required, the amount and timing should be shown in the applicable proposal or invoice rather than inferred from this website.

5. Milestones

Larger projects may be divided into milestones such as discovery, workflow design, implementation, testing and delivery. A milestone invoice may become due when the corresponding stage is reached or approved if that arrangement is stated in the project documents.

6. Ongoing Support billing

Ongoing Support is priced at $750–$2,000 per month depending on the number and complexity of supported workflows and the agreed support scope. Billing frequency, included work and cancellation timing should be stated in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

7. Third-party fees

AI tools, workflow platforms, APIs, cloud services, applications, data services and other third-party products may have separate setup, usage or subscription fees. Unless the project document states otherwise, those provider charges are separate from Brynqel Automata service fees.

8. Usage-based charges

Some AI and automation providers charge based on tokens, requests, tasks, storage, bandwidth or other usage. Estimates for third-party usage are not guarantees because actual usage depends on client volume and provider pricing.

9. Late or outstanding balances

Implementation, testing, transfer, maintenance or support may be paused when an invoice is materially overdue. Access to unfinished deliverables or continued support may also be delayed until required payment obligations are satisfied, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

10. Taxes and payment questions

Applicable taxes or legally required charges may be added when required. Clients should review invoices and raise billing questions as soon as practical. Refund questions are also subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and project-specific terms.

11. Budget and estimate changes

A published range is a starting estimate. Extra systems, additional review rules, custom interfaces, data cleanup or an expanded test environment can affect the final price. A revised scope should explain the added work and any change in fees before that work is authorized.

12. Software and usage charges

The client may need accounts with workflow tools, AI model providers, messaging services, hosting or other platforms. These vendors can charge subscriptions, per-operation fees or usage-based amounts that change with volume. Unless a written proposal states otherwise, those vendor charges are separate from Brynqel Automata service fees.

13. Payment records and questions

Clients should retain proposals, approvals, invoices and receipts for their records. If an invoice appears inconsistent with the agreed scope, identify the invoice and the line item in question so it can be reviewed. A question about an invoice does not itself amend a signed statement of work or a third-party provider contract.

14. No direct website purchase

This website describes services and estimated ranges. The inquiry form does not process a payment, reserve a project date or create an order. Services, scope, timing, payment method and any initial deposit are established through a separate written proposal or invoice.
