This Privacy Policy explains how Brynqel Automata may collect, use, retain and protect personal information submitted through this website, project inquiry forms, business communications and the delivery of AI automation services. Clients may also provide workflow documentation, examples of business information, data-field descriptions, platform identifiers, account or integration information, and access permissions necessary to configure an approved automation. Clients should not provide credentials or sensitive information unless it is necessary for the agreed work and an appropriate method for sharing it has been established.

3. Technical information generated by the website

The Colorado Privacy Act became effective July 1, 2023. According to the Colorado Attorney General, it generally applies to controllers that conduct business in Colorado or target Colorado residents and that either control or process the personal data of at least 100,000 Colorado consumers in a calendar year, or derive revenue or receive a discount from the sale of personal data while controlling or processing the personal data of at least 25,000 consumers. Statutory exemptions also apply.

Because applicability depends on actual processing activity and applicable exemptions, this Privacy Policy does not represent that Brynqel Automata is automatically subject to every provision of the Colorado Privacy Act solely because the business is located in Colorado.

Where the Colorado Privacy Act or another applicable privacy law grants a right, an eligible individual may have rights to confirm whether personal data is processed, access certain personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain certain portable data, and opt out of specified targeted advertising, sale of personal data or qualifying profiling. The exact providers used for a client project depend on the approved project scope.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, security practices and privacy policies. A client should review and approve third-party platforms that will receive business information as part of an automation. Brynqel Automata does not state that every external provider offers the same retention, training, confidentiality or geographic-processing settings.

No website, cloud platform, AI service, API, automation provider or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Retention

Information supplied by a client for automation work remains subject to the client's own legal and operational responsibilities. Clients are responsible for determining whether they are permitted to provide particular information for processing and whether notices, consents, contracts or internal approvals are required before data is connected to a workflow or AI provider.

13. Children

The website and services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. Brynqel Automata does not knowingly request personal information from children through its standard project inquiry process.
